Time Off Code Change

When an employee requests and gets time off approved and their code changes after they request but before the time is taken the portal does not allow the timecard because of the change. In this example employee requested the time off when still under the 2wk code and then upgraded to the 3wk code before the time was taken and not it will not allow the timecard to be submitted because the codes do not match. Time off should not be by code but by type (vac/sick/etc)

I am not a portal Admin but I do know we have this set uphowever it does not work with some timecard templatesit only works with the hourly template.

Not sure what that has to do with whether a job is required on the timecard or not thou.

We do require a job number for holiday for employees that normally job charge but we dont job charge vacation for anybody so we would like this not to even be an option when they are entering vacation time.if no jobs come up then they wont forget and put one in there by mistake.

    Hi Rhonda,

I'm curious how you have your "Earncode mapping for Leave Code and Holiday Validation" portal setting configured. Can you send over a screenshot of your setup?

    Thanks!
