If someone fills out their own timecard, can you disable the signature requirement? They have already authenticated by logging in with their password. If someone fills out a timecard for another employee, then require a signature.

For Certified Payroll audits, we need to have the employee's signature - electronic OK - on the timecard. So this suggestion should only be an option, not the rule.
