Please move the Service Items lookup out of the SMGetCommonLookups stored procedure and create a new stored procedure that is called when the lookup is executed. Currently, when a service technician adds a new service item to a site, they have to go back the the Work Order Dashboard and reload the work order for the new item to appear as an option in the lookup since the SMGetCommonLookups is executed only when the work order is initially loaded.

We have the problem with Service Items not refreshing quickly enough too. I've found that when added to FSV, they show in Vista immediately, but FSV doesn't see them for about 2-4 minutes (with good internet). It isn't helpful to the tech in the field if they can ADD a service item, but cannot use it right away.
