Could we have a way to keep a portion of the HR Management Portal login page constant (our company image or something)? When the entire background image of the portal login page changed, some of our employees questioned whether they were on the correct site or not. Since this site houses sensitive HR/PR data, it is good for people to be careful when entering their user information in sites that look different from what they were used to. I am not suggesting that you do not change the user interface, but maybe find a way to keep the login page a little more standard or give companies a preview of changes to it before we install the portal so that we can communicate the change to our employees. Many employees in the construction industry do not use computers that often, so it's a courtesy to them.

We try to send our release notes to System Admins as soon as the portal is available to give you time to communicate changes to your employee prior to updating the portal. We have made some slight changes to the login page in our February release, but don't plan on making additional changes to the login page.
