They can see WO History and Service Items, but not site notes? I couldn't find any portal setting to expose those. or Customer Notes for that matter....

You are correct James, thank you so much!! I hadn't noticed them before as they are called "Site Details" and were in most cases blank.
Dear Viewpoint: This is another area where consistent terminology Vista to FSV would be most appreciated.
I see our site notes right at the very top of the pop up for both of those button selections.
