This is a HUGE ask but we would love to see some functionality for assigned trips to sync to a tech's Outlook calendar. This would help plan the tech's day and see where they have gaps that can be filled in with additional trips.

I really agree with the two comments below. we keep struggling with the view in dashboard and how the filter options are limited. the outlook calendar makes so much sense.
Being new to the Field Service product, so far I would say this is the only feature missing from making the product very well rounded. I would love to see Outlook integration in the future.
I could see this being a nice feature if it worked like typical "add to calendar" functionality that supported Outlook, Google, iCalendar, or *.ics. This could be a clickable link that the tech would have to kickoff (they would be logged into whichever calendar they wanted to add it to).
True, it may be a lot of work on the back end, and since it sort of duplicates the FSV Work Order Dashboard, I could see it being defeated. BUT WOULDN'T IT BE AMAZING!?!? Don't forget that start times are optional, it'd have to be an all day event in the absence of that, or default duration and start times.
