We would like to see the Return Trip workflow improved with an automatic trip created with a 2-Accepted status, like when new WOs are created. This would allow technicians to access the work order without needing someone in the office to assign a trip to them. Currently, and 0-Open trip is created and must be toggled to 1-Notified by office personnel for the tech to access it.
