Forward a PO PDF Direct to Given Email Addresses

Currently on the PO dashboard you need to print and save the PDF version of the PO before Emailing to vendors or collogues. It would be a great feature where you print the PDF to forward it directly to given Email addresses. Possibly have the email list connected to firms or contacts within Vista so you can select from a list.

    Hi Mark,


    We normally send the PDF version of the PO back to the suppliers. We would need to view or vet it first before sending it to supplier to ensure all the information is correct.

    Even if it could be included in the automated Email once approved to the individual who raised it would be very useful.

    On a given PO, who do you normally send the PO pdf to? What are their relationships to the PO?
