Need the ability to change the display name in Viewpoint HR Management

We have a heavy base of hispanic employees that all have the same first and last name and we can't tell them apart on the display when we go in to manage things like time off. Or a lot of them go by their middle name or have it hyphenated and we need to see the whole name.

    We have a field in Vista for Preferred Name. it would be great if that was standard and it could be made available as an option for use in Keystyle so employees are actually listed by their real names v. legal names. It would enhance the user experience and also make entering timecards etc far easier.
