It would be really helpful if admins could preview Review Templates while creating them. Currently, the only way to preview a template is to create it and then initialize the review for yourself. In our situation, I create the template, initialize it for myself, review it, and then have to have a second person review the Supervisor template since I cannot see that version as the employee.
