When questions on evaluations are weighted as zero, it currently shows the item weight as 0%. We do not weigh any of our questions so once an evaluation is submitted it shows as Score: 0%. This could be confusing to employees and supervisors who might think that they are receiving/giving an employee a score of 0. Additionally, showing a question with a weight of 0 might lead some to believe those questions are not as important as other questions.

That is correct. We do not use a scoring system on our evaluations. The screenshot shows 0% because the questions are weighted as 0 and there is no way to hide the weight.

I think we could hide the 0% on the item group level. Are you not using scores at all on your Performance Reviewees? I noticed your screenshot shows 0% on a completed performance review.
