Career Page Filters for City and consolidating like titles

Our company has locations in various cities and we have standard open requisitions such as Laborer, Equipment Operator etc for each of the cities.  On the Career Page these positions are listed each time for all of the cities so the career page shows "Laborer" five times but each one is for a different city.  It would be helpful if they were consolidated and if the applicant clicked on "Laborer" it could then show the list of laborer positions for each of the cities.  As it is right now, it is hit and miss when they click on "Laborer" there is no way to know which city it is for initially.
