Make Employee # and Windows Login Options Clearer

We have numerous users who are confused by the labels "Use Employee # and "Use Windows Login."  They think this is a direction so they click it thinking they are supposed to enter Windows credentials when actually they are expected to enter employee number.

This seems like an easy fix. If the toggle button were given a fill color and it were moved below the credential boxes I think it would clear a lot up. Changing the verbiage to say click her for... would also help as well. We have hundreds of employees accessing the portal and get calls almost every day
