Please update the portal to provide adequate error reporting & redundancy for the situations where Viewpoint's licensing server is unavailable. Last week, Viewpoint's internal licensing server stopped responding which caused customer's on-prem portal to not function. It would have been very helpful to have an error message indicating that this was a Viewpoint issue or an error log entry. The HRIM application should display an error rather than just fail to respond when the licensing server can't be contacted.
