Billing Complier nor Next Gen Billing Complier does not pull in the backup that is attached to PR Employee Expense Reimbursements. We need this implemented ASAP, so that we can get a complete set of attachments for our billings.

The PR Expenses are pulling now, although they are not in the correct order. They pull at the beginning of the documents and do not put them in the billing order.
