Sales/Use Tax displayed when reviewing invoices

Display the type of tax if any above the Gross Total of the invoice.  This would save time.

  When reviewing invoices you need to be able to view the tax line for tax type (use or sales). Merged

  The sales or use tax needs to be displayed. Can't do a thorough review of the invoice if the tax type is not easily viewed.

  View tax type and amount when reviewing invoices. Merged

  The only way to know what type of tax is on the invoice is to "edit" the line. The tax type and amount should be listed between the Gross Total and the Net invoice amounts.
