We need the portal to pass the @authtoken as part of the standard functionality to the job lookup in order to customize the filtering in a similar method as the employee list drop-down.

We currently have option 1 "On" selected for Job Data Security. We are using bjob for security and the administrators have a VA User Profile. Per the definition they will be able to see all jobs in that company, which isn't what we want.

Are you using Vista's Job Security in the portal with the "Job Data Security Mode (0 - Off, 1 - On, fail open, 2 - On, fail closed, 3 - On, use allocations only, no VP)" portal setting?
This should limit all job dropdowns in the portal including the jobs listed on the Batch Timecard Move page.

Mark - we use the authentication token on most of the other functions within batch time card move to filter by field “bjob”. Therefore our individual branches can/will only see their jobs just like what we did for employees last year with your team.
