We have a mandatory shutdown at the end of year which includes a mix of public holidays and annual leave. Currently the leave approvals come in breaks based around the public holidays. So this is 2x approvals for every employee that a manager approves for.
We need an approve all function. Either by employee or for all employees that you're the manager for.
