Currently, only the Item tab is mirrored in job billing. We would like the Item SM/Tax Tab to also be mirrored within the portal so that project managers can update this information to be fed back to the invoice within Vista. This will allow for less people having to modify the information before it is submitted to the customer.

We have this functionality in the portal today. You'll just need to enable the Admin > Portal Settings > Billing > Progress Billing > "Show SM Fields" option.
This will show "Net Invoice SM", "SM Retainage", "SM Previous", "SM Purchased", and SM Installed" fields to Billing Details grid.
