We keep our eye on timecards all week, so we can try to catch mistakes before anyone approves them. They’re harder to fix after they’ve been approved. Once there are more than a few, it can be hard to remember which ones have been checked. It would be very useful to be able to sort them by the time they were submitted. So if we checked all of them yesterday afternoon, and they were good, We would only have to worry about the ones that came in after they were checked.

Timecard approval and our AA's are catching any mistakes before they are approved by PM's or Managers.
