In Portal Settings, have a setting to allow ALL JCCTypes to populate even if the phase is not active. This would be very helpful for T & M type jobs that do not have an estimate and therefore the phases aren't active. We have all phases loading whether they are active on a job or not. However, this allows you to choose the phase but then the result is "No JCCType". If you cannot select a JCCType then the record cannot be saved or approved.

Having all phases and JCCTypes populate would be very helpful to PM's who have T & M jobs or any other jobs that do not have estimates keyed.  Keying an estimate makes those phases active and therefore you can select JCCType.  If there is not an estimate or the phase has not been used before (not active) then we are unable to select JCCType.

  Hi there,

  We have the advance portal setting "Create job phases from phase master in timecard entry." which can be used with a lookup in Vista that pulls all phases from the phase master instead of pulling phases from that jobs setup.
