Expenses - Make Item Description a Dropdown

In our reports in Vista, it is hard to make a distinction between what is an expense and what is not. Currently, employees are able to type anything they want into the item description and it is not a standardized way of determining what is an expense and what isn't.

    Or make the item description field not required. The item description makes the AP Vendor Drilldown report messy and not standard when it pushes over to a batch in AP Transaction Entry.
