The ability to attach to all transactions, or to have a header to attach to where back up can be seen by all approvers.

We have a lot of employees in the field using IPads. To help make their job easier when we implemented the portal we had them attach all their back up as one file to one transaction. The receipt app was already doing this. The issue stems from if the manager is not on their job, or if they are on multiple jobs, one or multiple approvers can not see the back up. We would really benefit from a way to attach to all, or like VP have a header to attach the files to.

    Can you provide some additional details?

    • What are your users attaching?

    • What part of the portal are they attaching it to?

    • What are the attachments used for by approvers?
