Our branch managers need access to the Timeclock Dashboard to verify clock-in/out status of employees but do not need Timecard Dashboard access. There is no other way to verify the current clock-in/out status of employees. Allowing more non-payroll employees access to the Timecard Dashboard creates risks to the Payroll process.

Hi Kellie my comment was more geared toward that the manager. Currently I know I can give access to view the whole PR group. I want to limit to only the people they approve, manage or input.
Hi Devra, this exists within the portal settings. I'll attach a screenshot of the setting.
This is a must! It would have been valuable for the manager to log in and see the Timeclock dashboard of his people in live time to see they actually clocked in. But it needs to be just the people they are responsible for, not everyone.
