This would be helpful since we have two different due dates for the employee and manager. We would like employees to complete their self-review first on/or before a certain date and then the manager to complete the review and discuss with the employee on another date. Especially if we have multiple managers for an employee. They would both sit down and talk discuss the review. So it would be helpful to have two separate dates so everything is completed on time.
