We want our employees to Clock IN / Clock OUT using the FM app. They have figured out that they can edit the time (either with the 5 minute increments noted in boxes near the actual time OR even worse they can click on the time and change it to whatever they want it to be). Another item would be to restrict Clock IN / Clock OUT entry to only the current day (it allows entry any day of the pay period (for example, if it is Wednesday, you can enter time for Monday or Friday)). Verifying that the employee is on the Job when Clocking IN / OUT is PARAMOUNT to true Job cost and Employee payroll (for example, we don't want the employee to Clock OUT of a Job after he has driven home or be finished with work at 3:30 and "enter" that he worked until 4:00). We would like to DISABLE these 3 features via setup in the Portal Admin and have our Project Managers edit the Employee time as needed.
