Recently we experienced an issue with the initialization process over a series of weeks. The issue has since been fixed, however, there is some work still needing to be done retroactively to fix those records that were incorrect during this time period.
It would be substantially helpful if the date of initialization were available as a column in the onboarding dashboard, so that you could filter and sort by this data.
