It would be nice to be able to have a search bar or filter option on the dash board. Our technicians need to be able to search for past work orders and apply follow up notes. So if there was a search bar for work orders on the dashboard they could do that.

Hello! We are currently working on a search bar at the top of the WO Dashboard
I agree that we need a way for technicians to search Work orders on the Dashboard without having access to the Service Manager Dashboard.
For example, we have a group of technicians that schedule themselves so they are assigned to them but unscheduled. When they show the unscheduled on the Dashboard there are over a hundred showing there and they aren't assigned a specific date so there is no way to search to find them without the Dashboard.
I have to agree with this if our techs are looking for something specific in their WO dashboard it would help to have a second filter to search text in addition to the date fields. the Service manager dashboard has too much access for us at least to edit notes add trips etc.

For my customers there do not want to give the SM manager dashboard to all their techs. They want them to be able to search just through their scheduled work orders and not have access to all work orders
