Some mechanics are not qualified and need their work checked. Would be great if we could alter the Plant Work Order workflow so that when its "complete" it would automatically route the workorder to the workshop manager for approval which would then close or reject & reopen WO if required.

I think this would require some more roles other than just "mechanic". For us, we would have at least Mechanic & Workshop Manager. We're going to try and achieve this using some custom SQL stuff. Happy to demo what we're doing once its up and running.
