We manage over 100 crews and there should be a search filter at the top of a Crews dropdown, rather than using a scroll bar to go through 100 crews.

Manage Crews and Timecard Approval for now. Job Time Approval already has this feature on the Crews dropdown.

Which pages and crew filters are you looking at?
You should be able to type into any of the crew dropdowns to search for a specific crew.
