We have one Service Center for our residential work orders that we would like to show the pricing on the trip complete screen. But we don't want that to appear for our other Service Centers. Can you add an option to control this by Service Center?

Most residential customers want the prices to show to the customer when they sign the trip completion on a tablet. I agree the setting should be less than global. It is quite common to have res'l/comm'l depts in the same company both using FSV. While you're at it, the standard trip completion report should include prices too...if they're shown during trip completion.
This is imperative for Baker Electric. Our lone Residential Service Tech must have the amount of the invoice so that he can collect after the work has been performed. Currently, he has to input all of his data in ANOTHER application to generate a bill. Our Commercial and Technology Service Technicians do NOT need to see the amount of the work order.
