If you have two managers review one employee, two seperate records get created in Vista for both managers, then HR needs to calculate the combined score in order to provide the employee with one score. Having both manager scores is helpful, but there should be an option to calculate a combined score row.

Mark, thank you for verifying that! It is nice, although if we want to run a report in Vista that shows scores, they aren't any combined results pushed to Vista, it's a manual calculation.

The Performance Review Dashboard in the web portal will show the overall / combined score across all managers. The employee will also see the combined score of their performance reviews when they go to their Performance page in the portal. Does this meet the needs of your HR Team and employees?
