It would be nice to be able to have peers review on an employees performance review. These are people who are working directly with this employee and may have a better understanding on the performance of this individual than just a supervisor/manager who may not see them in action 24/7.

With the new options to add / edit reviewers on the fly, HR Admins can assign an employee's review to be completed by anyone including their peers.
