When I called from the ER 6 weeks ago and left a message to say I wouldn’t be at work, my manager tried to call my partner Peter to see if I was OK. Peter's contact number does not display when accessing HFF on a phone (see screenshot)
There was no way for him to see Peter's number without logging into Vista.
I was told in the support case: I reviewed this behavior with our product team and it looks like it is the expected behavior.
The Emergency Contacts number needs to be accessible in HFF to the Employee Group with those permissions.
Our site supervisors don't have Vista logins to be able to able to see Emergency Contact Numbers, so as it stands, it's not functional.
