Allow search for Tags in Job Requisitions summary screen (Not Individual Job Requisition)

As Job Applicants are screened we can create/select Tags to identify Specialty Skills, Knowledge, Certifications, Next Hire, etc. that are useful for identifying current and past applicants who may be eligible for a specific Job. Currently you have to select a specific Job Req to see or search for Tags.

Yes, that would help. Glad to hear the order of the results is being changed to the most current. I dont know the number but I would guess we have from 4-6k applications, or maybe more.
    Thanks,
    Paul

    Hi Paul,

We should have the ordering for most recent first on the Applicant Search page finished very soon. If we add a multi-select Tags filter, would this allow your HR team to find the applicants they are looking for?

    Thanks!

    Mark,

That partially works but we always get the message Your search has returned more than 2000 results - please continue searching to narrow your query. - Even if we try limiting our criteria at the top. And the 2,000 results are the oldest results, not the most relevant and newest.

We may want to search multiple tags from many applications current and in the past.

    Hi Paul,

On the Applicant Search page, you can filter applicants by Tags, Job Category, Job Requisition, and Job Requisition status. Do we need to add additional filters to make the Applicant Search page work for you?

    Thanks!

No, when you go to the Job Requisitions form the "Search" option will not find Tags because the columns for the listed Requisitions (All, Open, Closed, etc.) do not include the Tag column. The Tag column only appears after you select a specific Requisition. We want to search for "Tags" on all or a subset of Requistions to identify a certain "Tag" characteristic. We may have similar Job Requistions both present and past that may have relative Tags we want to search on and finding all of them is difficult.

    Hi Paul,

You should be able to search Applicants by tag on the Applicant Search page. Will this page give you the results you need?

    Thanks!
