we have had a few 'ghost' employees appear in the onboarding dashboard. They have been a person who was already hired and initialized. We don't know who sent the email invite or why they sent it. It would be nice to have that defined in the logging for onboarding. We need to know which is a email invite verses a non-email onboarding. If email invite, who initiated the email?
