Currently there is not a way for a mechanic to add Maintenance notes through Keystyle. If they do it in Time Card it does not show in the Equipment Notes. It would be great to have a simple form that they can use to add information to a piece of equipment that would load into the Vista Equipment Notes or another User Defined Field. Currently Mechanics have to go to 3 different places to add/edit information for equipment.

Michael, yes please! EMEM_MechanicNotes field, its a lot sometimes so a big textbox would be very helpful

Do you want the notes to show from the EM Equipment master?
I agree with adding a notes field. I also think it would be helpful to transfer UD fields from Vista to Keystyle.
I would like to see Mechanics Notes show up in the portal, it is currently a field under EM Equipment
