We have many customers who are asking which of our employees are vaccinated and which are not. Some only allow vaccinated employees and others require weekly testing for non-vaccinated employees.
It would be a great pitch to have a form in the portal where we can track that.
Document if they have had both shots, from what provider, and did we receive valid proof of vaccination?
Such a form would be gold in this time.
We can make UD (User Defined) fields in HR. But a stock notice in the portal that tracks this would be easy for you to build and we all would pay for it. But the portal is not very adaptable for us to be able to make it on our own.

We added ud fields to HR, and added those to the personal info page, so the employee may select their dosage/dates and attach their vax card. It was fairly easy to do without any programming or help from viewpoint.
