To enable a cumulative or iterative review document that’s touched over the course of a quarter or a year, can you add the option to allow sharing of performance reviews between manager and employee on Save vs Submit. i.e. manager would have the ability to see the employee form when employee Saves and v.v. Since Submit is final, it doesn't allow for revisiting goals, action items, etc.
e.g. Here are our instructions to employee for Q4 template:
Use this form when completing your 1:1 meetings each month for the remainder of 2021. You will use this form to capture final updates on Q3 rocks, to set and provide updates on Q4 rocks, and to provide year-end feedback on overall achievement of goals and performance in role. Since you will use this form to capture notes, progress, and feedback for multiple meetings, SAVE and DO NOT submit the form until your final meeting occurs in December.
