We have multiple locations and it would be nice to know who is sending new employees the onboarding emails. I can see the email was requested and sent but it would be nice to know WHO requested it. Normally we don't use the email feature to send the onboarding request and we are a bit confused why someone sent it when the employee was already hired on and active in the system.

maybe if he did it wrong. But we had already initialized him 2 days prior and had him all set. Not sure why another entry was there with his name and the email sent. Good thought though. I will check with that office to see if maybe he started it then realized he picked the wrong profile or something. Thanks!

We automatically send out the Onboarding Invitation email to any employee that starts the Onboarding process so they have a way to login in case something disrupts the onboarding process for them. Could this explain the emails you are seeing?
