We use Onboarding a lot. For the office personnel we usually know the names for filling out the invitations. But for Union workers sent over our office usually does not see the names ahead of time to send personal invitations. So we take out some generic invitations ahead of time.
We do not want these generic invitation fields to default into the PERSONAL INFO form. But Vista says that we cannot turn off fields that we do not want to default in.
Example: Take invite out ahead of time: 'Austin 1' and the hiring person uses their own email to get this started.
In the PERSONAL INFO form the first name 'Austin' defaults in. The last name '1' defaults in. And our hiring managers email defaults in. Most employees follow instructions to put in their own information. But there are always some that do not put their info in. That causes problems. If we could turn off the default data in those fields it would solve this issue and save us a bit of clean up later.
So we would like the option to select which fields default in from the invitation and which do not.
