Invoice review Last Action By user should show the actual user that performed last action when multiple users are in a reviewer group

Would allow other users to determine who performed the last action in case there are issues and/or questions about the invoice.

    Hi Vaughn,

I'll try to review this with my dev team in our suggestion review meeting next week.

    Thanks for adding the details!

So a short direct answer to Marks question; Yes I would rather see the VA User name if the user name was the actual person that approved the invoice and not the first person in the approver list every time.

The actual reviewer who approve an invoice is shown in the invoice History. All be it in a strange place. So can that same actual approver name field be used in the 'Last Action By' column to show who really approved the invoice?

It is wrong for the Last Action By column to show the wrong name and only display alphabetically. I am always going to Adam for things he did not approve in the example below.

The column 'Last Action By' always shows the first reviewer alphabetically, and not the actual reviewer that approved it.

If the reviewers where Adam, Bonnie, Chris, David, Elfonse

If Elfonse approved the invoice then the Last Action By is always Adam, first on the list.

If David approved the invoice then the Last Action By is always Adam, first name on the list.

If Chris approved it then it shows Adam.

-Can we get the Last Action By column to show the real person that approved the invoice and not just the first reviewer?

    Hi Vaughn,

We are currently showing the HQ Reviewer in the Last Action By column, would you rather see the VA Username of the last action?

    Thanks!

The Invoice History shows who actually approved the invoice. You just need to know where to look. Why can that same field not be put into the 'Last Action By' collumn? It seems simple enough.

I whole heartedly agree and was on this page looking to post the exact same suggestion. My executive team is really disappointed that this is not accurate and it is causing a lot of issued for us.

Currently it alwyas shows the first reviewer as the approver no mater who truely approved the invoice. That is not right.
