Some of our Phase codes have a lengthy description and users are not able to view the full description when searching a Job / Phase. It would be nice either to be able to expand the dropdown search box or have the full description display when you hover your cursor over a specific Job / Phase.

This is a big issue for us especially with Phase codes. We have phase codes that are similar descriptions with the difference being at the end of the description. Currently when selecting you are not able to tell the difference as it does not fully display the text of the Phase description. If we had the ability to hover over the phase and see the full description, this would fix our problem.
