For example, the ability to give a HR Manager security group access to the Onboarding / ATS setup area. Give the owners of the areas/modules ability to set it up as they see fit.

If this could tie into Vista, I think it would work nicely. If an HR Security group in Vista ensured that a user had access to all they needed in the portal, it would help our business quite a bit.
