Alot of the time, we are aware of a work order prior to our afterhours technicians being put into service. The work order has already been created in viewpoint, it would be nice to be able to lookup the work order in field service and assign the technician that is on-call to it from field service when he is ready to go, this would provide an added benefit should the existing technician on a work order go into over time and need a secondary technician to add to the call.
