Scope, Priority, Scope Detail, Division, Call Type, Serviceable Item, Price Method, Agreement, Customer PO, Rate Template and Not to exceed amount should be added to the "New Work Order" screen in field service. The point of being able to create a work order on the fly is that viewpoint is not accessible, however if you have to go into viewpoint after the fact and add all of these fields manually it does not save additional time. It would prove to be highly beneficial to add these fields on the intial creation of the work order through field service.
