We need to manage benefits by Site across multiple states - none of which has an identical match to either PRDept, Benefit Group, or any other filter. With Employee Group, you can customize your group with SQL code to solve for any other company specific Grouping need.

Hi Mark, No the Benefit Group is tied to the Vista HR Benefit Groups which in turn tie the Benefits together for specific offerings. In our case, we have 3 different Benefit Groups offered at 6 different locations. We want to have our HR Coordinator at each location to be able to filter for just their employees.
Example: Hourly, Clerical, Salary across the whole company have different Groups because each have a different set of program offerings. We have 6 locations across 4 states - each of which have all three classifications of employees - total employees over 1,000. The HR Coordinator at each location is responsible for getting their location's open enrollment completed. In order to view their employees on the Benefits Dashboard (and approve, etc.) they need to be able to filter by their location. None of the other filters provide this - we have multiple PRDepts per location - though they mostly start with a defining code, you cannot select multiple PRDepts and the search filter searches employee number only. An option for selecting multiple PR Depts would also work.

Does the Benefit Group filter give you the dynamic SQL groups that you need? These Benefit Groups are linked to employees via the Benefit Assignments page which has all of the same many of the same features as Employee Groups plus allows you to link Employee Groups to any Benefit Group.
