Right now a brand new employee can use PTO 90 days after hire date. If they go in and request time off for a future date, it only gives you an option to choose non-paid time off because in real time you haven't been employed for 90 days.

Hi Diane,
If you would like to give them the option to select the PTO leave code, you will just need to give them access to that code in Vista. Will their approving managers know to only approve PTO after their 90 days from hire date?
