It would be beneficial to be able to assign multiple technicians to one call when creating the work order in field service. Several times a week, we have 2 man crews that need to go together to a service call after hours. Having to go back into viewpoint to add the second or 3rd tech for this is not a time saver when creating a work order on the fly.
