When coding employee time to job, phases, and cost type each day you must add a row and add that particular employee. It would be easier to have a shift or crew template that already had the names of the employees. This would save a lot of time from having to add each row and each employee one by one each and every single day.

I am unaware of the cloning feature. It does sound like that would solve our issue. Is this something I will be able to find on the portal help page?

Are your employee currently using the cloning feature in their timecards? This will allow them to clone all the timecard line details from any previously submitted timecards.
Many of our customer use this option to save time when entering in timecards.
